My name is Jack Griffiths, I live in London and hold the UK's highest qualification for rock climbing - the Mountain Instructor Award (MIA). I have been climbing for around 15 years and have hundreds of routes under my belt including the classic E5 Right Wall, and 8a redpoints in Europe.

Living and working out of London has lead me into providing rock climbing consultancy to major climbing walls and outdoor adventure centres. This, along with first aid training, is what I do when I am not coaching clients up rock faces or off on my own adventures.
